Shipping policies


Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment, unless I am making changes for you or it is a custom item - in which case, we will have already discussed the shipping time.

I ship via Royal Mail. Where proof of delivery will be required.

For tracked items the price of postage increases and your tracking information will be emailed to you when I ship your order.

Your purchase will be carefully packaged and mailed in a padded bubble envelope or box.

Your purchase will be sent to your address. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. 
I ship to the shipping address listed on your account.

Please make sure your address is up to date. A shipping fee will be charged if any orders are returned and have to be posted again.

 UK Shipping cost will be free to you on selected items.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  •     Custom or personalised orders
  •   Digital downloads
  •   Earrings, once worn, I will assume the earrings are worn so due to hygienic reasons cannot accept returns but can exchange and use the same ear wire.


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
